Calico Jack's Resort

Calico Jack’s is a full service intimate jungle resort snuggled in the Mountain Pine Ridge area of Belize’s Cayo District, situated on a 365-acre private reserve with miles of rainforest trails.
Calico Jack’s is best known for its exhilarating, safety conscious 2,700 feet zip line tour, the Ultimo Explorer, comprised of 9 runs and 15 platforms, and Belize’s only jungle swing — El Columpio — boasting an adrenaline-charged jungle snapshot view from 50 feet high.

Guests can arrange to visit Calico Jack’s for day tours or for overnight stays. For day visitors, in addition to the Ultimo Explorer and El Columpio tours, Calico Jack’s offers two additional zip line tours, onsite, all culminating in an exciting 500 feet, jungle-lift run, offering spectacular views. Moreover, the Extrema Adventure tour combines zip lining, repelling and hiking. Calico Jack’s two Mayan ceremonial dry caves  Bega One (Valley One) and Box-Tunich (Stone Box) — are a “must do” for those interested in the ancient Maya. These caves feature an authentic Mayan Calendar, an altar used for sacred rituals, and a sacred ceremonial chamber.

For guests wanting a comfortable jungle retreat, Calico Jack’s offers lovely spacious villas that can be booked as one, two, or three bedroom/bathroom options, accommodating couples and families alike. The villas include kitchenette, sitting room, and dining area. Additional amenities include a full service bar and restaurant offering delicious beverages and sumptuous fare, A/C, cable TV, internet, and transfers to and from the Belmopan, Belize City, San Ignacio, and the Mountain Pine Ridge areas.
