DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
To avoid cancellation, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking. This is a deposit to secure your full vacation package with Magnum Tours, Inc. Certain resorts/vendors may require an additional deposit upon booking. Full payment is required for any international airfare upon booking. All payments are non-refundable.
Deposit: $200.00 per person, full balance payable 60 days prior to departure
CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. MAGNUM TOURS, INC. reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled by you if the full balance is not paid in time.
2. FULL PAYMENTS RECEIVED WITHIN POLICY REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY UNUSED PORTION OF CONFIRMED TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all passengers when making reservations take out travel insurance as protection against risks. Policies are readily available covering the following risks: Cancellation charges, loss or damage to baggage, medical expenses (including repartition) personal accident and death, and loss of travel documents or travelers cheques. The detailed conditions vary according to the policy selected.
TOUR DOCUMENTS
Tour documents are released once final payment has been received. CLIENTS AND/OR TRAVEL AGENTS are responsible for any fees that are caused by misspelling of proper names for international flights and/or documents.
RESPONSIBILITY
Magnum Tours, Inc. is a tour operation, which arranges all tour services and accommodations through suppliers, which will provide goods and services for your trip. You agree that Magnum Tours, Inc. acts only as your agent and you agree not to hold Magnum Tours, Inc. liable, and Magnum Tours, Inc. hereby disclaims all liability, for any delay, loss, injury, expense or accident occasioned directly or indirectly by any action or omission or inclement weather, whether negligent or otherwise, of any supplier or other entity entrusted with the performance of any service or the delivery of any goods in connection with your trip or any available option. You agree to seek all remedies directly with suppliers.
